A work in progress, 14/15 High Street is a mediaeval building in the heart of Shrewsbury. Behind the Georgian façade, flagship tenant White Stuff occupies the ground and first floors. Bensons acquired the building and renovated the space to White Stuff’s exacting specification.
 
Above White Stuff and to the rear of the building is a very complex development of flats and townhouses in a tranquil courtyard complex. Architecturally, the planners and conservationists are getting very excited about some of the original features, such as staircases and windows that have historical significance and must be retained in this sympathetic development.
All flats and apartments will be sold on the open market and interest is expected to be brisk.
