For over 15 years Rob Hancocks has been involved in refurbishment, redevelopment and regeneration in the Shropshire area, initially the conversion of listed oak framed buildings, to bespoke new build high end sustainable housing, including the renovation and conversion of listed buildings.

Bensons specialises in the acquisition, development and disposal of sympathetic redevelopment and refurbishment of historic buildings, new builds using sustainable methods and materials, the design and build of commercial buildings and finally the design and build of private housing. Bensons is also investing into carbon neutral housing and is adopting methodologies to achieve this goal.
